Frozen Hot Chocolate Recipe | Santa's Lapland

Nothing can beat a whipped cream topped hot chocolate on a cold winters day, apart from perhaps, a chilled chocolatey summer version as a treat!



  • 350ml whole milk
  • 120g hot chocolate powder
  • 350ml vanilla ice cream (roughly 3 scoops)
  • 4 cups ice (about 24 cubes)


  1. Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or chocolate curls/shavings. (Or why not all 3!)
  4. Enjoy immediately.
  5. Makes approximately 6 servings.
