We had the most magical family holiday. Everything was so well organised and there were so many people on hand to help or answers any questions you had. The Christmas story started from the moment we got on the plane. The snow was incredible as were all of the experiences-especially the additional husky one we booked where we were the only people. We did not want to leave.

The whole experience from the start to the end was amazing. The Grandkids loved the snow toboggans seeing Santa and throwing snowballs at the poor rep who laughed with them.

Well organised from start to finish. Really helpful reps. The three night package allowed us to have a day to ourselves which we loved. Good kit provided and we never felt cold.

Lapland. Just wow. The AAC was fabulous. Husky, reindeer and the hunt for Santa. The reps were amazing and we met some other lovely families. We really enjoyed the aurora snowmobile and skiing. Our instructor was great, especially with the kids. We loved sledging and even saw the Northern Lights! Would recommend as so well organised!

We had the most magical time in Lapland! Santa’s Lapland had thought of absolutely everything, planned every detail to perfection and looked after us incredibly well. The beautiful winter wonderland and looks of joy on our children’s faces were the best gifts of all this Christmas. We have already been recommending this trip to all of our friends.

It was amazing from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, informative and brilliant with the kids. The holiday ran so smoothly which meant I didn’t have stress and I could just enjoy the time there with my family. I would 100% recommend Santa’s Lapland to anyone. The hotel was lovely and clean and they had a variety of food for adults and kids.
