Family Bedrooms (Type A)The cosy family bedrooms are kitted out with twin beds and a double sofa-bed, as well as private en-suite with shower. It's also got a satellite TV, a hairdryer and everything you need for a nice hot cup of tea, coffee or cocoa.SLEEPS 2-4 -
Renovated Family Bedrooms (Type K)These are standard family bedrooms which are located in the newly renovated Sopuli building. These family bedrooms have new ensuites with showers, sofas, pillows and décor. The new sofas are sofa beds, which are perfect for the children. Then the rooms bathroom with shower, TV, hairdryer and kettle with tea and coffee.SLEEPS 2-4 -
One Bedroom Family Apartments (Type B&H)Apartments with a twin bedroom and a separate lounge, which has a double sofa-bed. You can relax in your own private sauna too. En-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a kettle, microwave and fridge.SLEEPS 3-4 -
Two Bedroom Family Apartments (Type C)There's an extra twin bedroom here, so 2 twin bedrooms in total. The separate lounge has a double sofa-bed as well. You'll have your own private sauna, bathroom with showers, along with a stove, kettle, microwave and fridge. Some suites are on 2 levels with a staircase and stair-gates.SLEEPS 5-6 -
Three Bedroom Apartments (Type F)These have 3 bedrooms in total, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. These apartments are on 2 different levels. There is a bathroom with a shower, sauna, hairdryer, iron and a kitchen area with a kettle, coffee maker, oven, stove, microwave and fridge.SLEEPS 6-8 -
Five Bedroom Apartments (Type G)For big families with big dreams of seeing Santa. 5 twin bedrooms plus sofa-beds for 3 in the lounge area. It even has a private sauna and hot tub. The kitchen has a stove, kettle, microwave and fridge.SLEEPS 10-13
Experience Santa’s Hotel Tunturi close to a Lappish Forest
This unique hotel is located amidst snowy forest surroundings. It boasts a captivating atmosphere with welcoming public areas adorned with wood panels, delectable cuisine and cosy rooms for a comfortable stay.
The main Tunturi building is home to the reception, bar and restaurant, with all bedrooms and apartments in separate buildings close by.
The accommodation is close to a charming forest area near the cross-country ski trails, an easy 2-3 minutes from the main Tunturi building. This is where your buffet breakfast and dinner will be served, including your Festive Dinner on your final evening. Listen out for live music in the evenings too.
You’ll find both budget friendly family bedrooms in the hotel and different sized apartments, perfect for all families.
The hotel is centrally located with ample opportunities for tobogganing nearby. It costs €5 to use their toboggans to get out on the snow for some slippery slidey fun.

Free child places are only available on selected 2026 and 2027 Santa's Magic departure dates on a first-come, first-served basis. The free child place applies to the basic holiday price only, not including room/airport supplements, meals, extra activities etc, which are payable in full. The free child places are subject to availability, and the offer can be withdrawn at any time.
