All the rooms have an en-suite shower and toilet, hairdryer, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and free WiFi.

Family Bedrooms (Type A)There are twin beds and a double sofa-bed here. You'll also have satellite TV, a hairdryer, shower, toilet and bathrobes for the grown-ups. If you choose to have only 2 people in the room, it can just have twin beds.SLEEPS 2-4 -
Two Bedroom Apartments (Type D)These spacious apartments have a stylish contemporary design. They're in the Kelotahti and Holiday Club Villas buildings, just a 4 minute walk away. You'll get a twin bedroom, along with another room with twin beds or bunk beds. The lounge also has a pull-out sofa for 1 grown-up or 2 children. Relax in your private sauna and then put your feet up to watch the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a washing machine and dryer.SLEEPS 4-6 -
Family Suites (Type B)A more spacious option than the family bedrooms type A. The twin beds can be sectioned off from the lounge, where there's a double sofa-bed and 2 extra single sofa-beds. Each suite also has its own sauna.SLEEPS 5-6 -
One bedroom Apartments (Type C)These apartments are located within the grounds, within a 4 minute walk of the hotel. There's a bedroom with twin beds, plus a lounge and kitchenette with a double sofa-bed. You'll have your own private sauna, satellite TV, hairdryer, and bathroom with shower and toilet.SLEEPS 3-4

Three Bedroom Apartments (Type F)These apartments are located within the grounds, within a 4 minute walk of the hotel. Larger apartments with open plan lounge and kitchen area, which has a double sofa bed. There's also 3 twin bedrooms, shower and sauna.SLEEPS 5-8
Experience Santa’s Holiday Club, a popular choice for families
There’s a good choice of family rooms, suites and apartments. All the apartments are a short walk (3-5 minutes) from the main building, in a forest area.
The lounge has an open fireplace, perfect for a nightcap. The dining room is modern and all the food is served as a buffet, with flexible timings, so you can eat together or separately, so you can get the kids to bed earlier. The Festive Dinner will be held in Santa’s Hotel Tunturi, a short 5 minute walk from the hotel.
R-Kioski is next to reception - a small convenience store that sells drinks, sweets, crisps, toiletries and a few locally made souvenirs.
Please note: The indoor pool and spa has been closed since winter 2024, and will be for the foreseeable future.

The free child place offer is applicable to new bookings only. The free child places apply to one child, aged 11 and under at the time of travel, and are limited to one per family. Free child places are only available on selected 2026 Santa's Magic departure dates on a first-come, first-served basis. The free child place applies to the basic holiday price only, not including room/airport supplements, meals, extra activities etc, which are payable in full. The free child places are subject to availability, and the offer can be withdrawn at any time.
