- All have access to a shared sauna and some apartments have their own sauna and hot tub. The Hirvas and Teerenpesa Apartments have either an indoor whirlpool bath or outdoor hot tub
- Buffet Breakfast and 3-course buffet style evening meals at the Kuukkeli Bistro & Cafe Restaurant located in the shopping centre. The Festive Dinner on the last evening at Santa's Hotel Tunturi, all just 5-10 minutes’ walk away

Settle into comfortable, well-equipped log cabin apartment and rooms, with everything you need to relax and unwind after a day of snowy adventures.
Our log cabin accommodation is based in two separate locations right in the centre of Saariselkä.
Breakfast and dinner will be in the Kuukkeli Bistro & Cafe Restaurant inside the shopping centre a short 5-minute walk (400 metres) from the Teerenpesa Apartments & Rooms and a 10 minutes walk (700 metres) from the Hirvas and Tokka apartment.
Your Festive Dinner on the final evening is in the Hotel Tunturi another short walk away.

Tokka One Bedroom ApartmentThese apartments have been newly renovated for Winter 2026 and have a lovely log style exterior with a modern interior design. They have one bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed suitable for two children in the living room. There is an open kitchen, TV, WiFi and a private bathroom with a shower. There is a communal sauna available too.SLEEPS 2-4 -
Teerenpesa Kelo Interconnecting RoomsThese rooms are booked in pairs and have twin beds, a TV, kettle, fridge, en-suite shower room and toilet and access to a communal sauna. These rooms are 14m2 per room and are accessible by a communal hallway.SLEEPS 3-4 -
Teerenpesa One Bedroom ApartmentThis cabin has twin beds and a sliding door that leads onto the open plan kitchen and lounge. The lounge has a sofa bed that's perfect for 2 children. The bathroom has a shower and a 2-person whirlpool bath. There's a communal sauna and the cabin will have a dedicated hour-long time slot.SLEEPS 3-4 -
Hirvas Two Bedroom ApartmentThis cabin has 2 twin bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and lounge area, which also has a sofa bed for 2 children. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, along with another separate toilet. There's a private sauna and a terrace with an outdoor hot tub.SLEEPS 4-6 -
Teerenpesa Two Bedroom ApartmentThis cabin has one double bedroom and a double bed in the alcove (that's separated from the lounge by a curtain). The open plan kitchen and lounge area has an additional sofa bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite with shower. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, along with a separate toilet. There's a large private sauna and an outdoor terrace with a 5-person hot tub.SLEEPS 4-6

Free child places are only available on selected 2026 and 2027 Santa's Magic departure dates on a first-come, first-served basis. The free child place applies to the basic holiday price only, not including room/airport supplements, meals, extra activities etc, which are payable in full. The free child places are subject to availability, and the offer can be withdrawn at any time.
