Nokki's top tips for enjoying Santa's Lapland | Santa's Lapland

We know that you will have a fabulous time in Santa's Lapland, but Nokki the elf is here to ensure you make the most of your short trip with us!

Get our and about as soon as you can after you arrive

Grab a toboggan & explore the town with the family or climb up the fabulous toboggan hill with views across resort. If some of the group are a bit too little to enjoy that, why not follow one of the well-lit cross country walking trails through the resort? They are really pretty! Sometimes, families are very tired when they arrive to us, but you are here for such a short time, you must get out and about in the snow!

Feel truly Finnish- relax and warm up in the sauna before dinner each night

Lots of our hotel family suites have their own private ones en-suite…

Get active at our activity centre

There is so much to explore at Santa’s special Artic circle centre, so don’t miss out! Make sure you try everything we have there, plus it keeps everyone moving around and staying nice and toasty!

Try & fit in at least one of our Optional Adventures

Even on the shorter Santa’s Magic Trip for 3 days, you will have time to enjoy some optional extra activities. Some of my favourites are Husky Heaven and Snowmobile Safari!

Think like a child again

Soak up the magical landscape, build a snowman, sing all our songs, wear your best Christmas jumper to dinner! Whatever you do, just have fun! Santa loves to see smiling faces after all!

Before you even leave

Get in the festive spirit when the children write their letters to Santa! Let us know your creative posting ideas too!

Pack woolly, fleece lined/sheepskin-lined hats with ear flaps & spare, waterproof (ski) gloves

Staying warm has to be a top priority! Mrs Claus will be posting a list of our top packing tips with a list of things to pack soon. But the key thing to remember is layer up! Together with our fabulous thermal suits, you’ll not even feel the Arctic temperatures, allowing you to focus on the magic of the day!

Go off-grid during the day whilst there to truly soak up the experience.

Share your photos with us when you get home and try to switch off all phones, (which aren’t good for battery when it is cold anyway!)  Escape and live for the moment otherwise you might miss something magical
